High school sports
Recreational sports is an important part of our leisure time. There is a wide range of activities that we, softball, baseball, basketball, tennis, football and hockey can also participate. For team sports, there are even leagues, where teams compete, increasing the energy level may be required. This increases the amount of useful exercises and stress reduction.
The difficulty levels are very different and most players are in the fun and exercise. Sometimes, team sports can be competitive and can temper flare. Recently there has been a ration of serious injuries in youth sport. This is a worrying development. Youth sports should be on skill development, not winning at all costs. A second lesson to be taught by allegedly participating in youth sports is sportsmanship.
